Before any business owner gets ideas to silence a reviewer or blogger, since I've learned how predatory businesses think due to experiences - read exactly what happened.

Frivolous temporary restraining order might be granted temporarily with fabrications aka perjury, however a permeant one will NOT be granted and the case will be dismissed as it was with my case due to no evidence.  I also did NOT remove the original blog post about the business due to the fact that I simply exercised First Amendment Rights and shared what I believe to be true based on my experiences. Any business who commits perjury will also be fully responsible for attorney costs of the defendant. 

Businesses can either work it out amicably with the reviewer or blogger - knowing they can't silence Free Speech - or commit perjury in an attempt to silence and wish they never did.
